Services
Nakamoa provides ecommerce software, migrations, integrations, consulting, and custom development. Features, availability, and service plans may change as products develop. A project proposal or order form may include additional scope, timing, payment, and support terms.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to us, for protecting your account credentials, and for activity performed through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services to violate law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malicious code, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or send unlawful or abusive communications.
Customer content and data
You retain ownership of content and data you provide. You grant Nakamoa the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that material in order to provide the requested service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the data you supply.
Third-party platforms
Our services may connect with platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Turbify, payment providers, messaging services, and other third parties. Their products and policies are controlled by those providers. Changes or outages in a third-party service may affect connected features.
Fees and payment
Fees apply only when stated in a plan, proposal, order form, or other written agreement. Any renewal, cancellation, refund, or usage terms will be provided with the applicable service or agreement.
Intellectual property
Nakamoa and its licensors retain rights in Nakamoa software, branding, documentation, and service materials. Custom project ownership and licensing terms will be described in the applicable project agreement.
Service availability
We work to provide reliable services, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Preview, beta, or coming-soon features may change before general release.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nakamoa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
